Our principles
1. What BuBird provides
BuBird is a browser-first platform for tools, apps, games, learning resources, blog content, topic pages, and future product experiences. Tools may include image tools, PDF tools, audio and video utilities, developer tools, IT tools, AI-assisted tools, calculators, converters, generators, and productivity apps. Games and learning apps may also be added over time.
2. Files and browser-based processing
Many BuBird tools are designed to run directly in your browser. When a tool processes files locally, your selected image, PDF, audio, video, text, or document does not need to be uploaded to BuBird servers for that task. You should still keep original copies of important files before compressing, converting, editing, merging, or exporting them.
3. Account and profile information
If you sign in or use account-based features, BuBird may receive basic account details such as your name, email address, avatar, user ID, sign-in provider, and preferences. This data is used to keep your account working, remember settings, protect access, and support features such as saved items, app usage, and future creator or channel features.
4. Content you submit
If you contact us, send feedback, publish content, submit a bug report, or use a feature that intentionally stores data, we may store the content you provide along with technical details needed to operate the service. Do not submit private, confidential, illegal, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it and the feature clearly supports that use.
5. Analytics, diagnostics, and security
BuBird may use limited diagnostics to understand page performance, browser compatibility, failed requests, abusive traffic, and product reliability. These signals help us improve load speed, fix broken tools, prevent misuse, and maintain a safer platform. We aim to collect only what is useful for operating and improving BuBird.
6. AI and cloud features
Some future AI, voice, media, or advanced app features may require server-side processing. When a feature needs upload, cloud storage, or a third-party model or service, the product interface should make that behavior clear before you use it. Browser-only tools and cloud-assisted tools may have different privacy behavior.
7. Cookies and local storage
BuBird may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, sign-in state, theme choices, saved tools, recent actions, and security settings. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may break account, preference, or saved-item features.
8. Third-party services
BuBird may rely on trusted third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, payments, email, ads, or infrastructure. These providers process data only for the purposes needed to run the service, subject to their own policies and the configuration used by BuBird.
9. Your choices
